If accepted into the club, you will be required to submit a signed medical form. You will be sent a copy of this form, together with a bill for coaching and membership fees after the annual Swap. The medical form is also available online in PDF format. Registration is not complete until the Club has received both the medical form and payment of the bill. Membership and coaching fees are explained in the rate schedules at greekpeakskiclub.org
