FARE is now accepting proposals to speak at its National Conference in Chicago, IL from June 20-22, 2014. We are looking for dynamic speakers to provide sessions for teens and adults with food allergies, as well as their family, friends and loved ones. The proposal system will close on Monday, February 3 at 5 PM ET.
Responses will be sent by Friday, February 28. Accepted speakers will have their conference registration fees waived. Travel, hotel, and other expenses are the responsibility of the presenter. We are expecting a large number of proposals and session availability is very limited.
Once you begin your proposal, you will not be able to save your progress. Please make sure you have everything you need to complete your proposal before starting. You will need:
1. Information on all presenters, including: first and last names, titles, how they would like their names to appear on their name badges, their email address, a brief bio and a resume or curriculam vitae. These are required for ALL presenters in order to submit your proposal.
2. Information about your presentation, including: title, a brief description (abstract), three measurable objectives, target audience (example: teens, parents, etc.), audio/visual needs and presentation length (60, 90 or 120 minutes).
