  • Cancellation Policy

    Client notification of cancellation shall require a $50 cancellation fee unless otherwise waived by Party & Pinwheels.

    Refunds (Greater than 30 Day Notification)

    Notification of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event date shall entitle the client to a full refund excluding any purchases for special order items or supplier required deposits.

    IMPORTANT: No refunds under any circumstances will be issued for special order items as these are typically non-refundable.

    Refunds / Product Cancellations (Less than 30 Day Notification)

    Notification of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event or product delivery date, client is responsible for all incurred expenses of Party & Pinwheels related to the booked event. Deposit is non-refundable.
