Thank you for nominating a participant for YU Lead. We appreciate your honest feedback.
YU Lead offers a unique learning opportunity for motivated Jewish educators, blending the best of online, face-to-face and group learning. This nine month program is designed to take school leadership skills to the next level by having participants reflect on their practices and beliefs about Jewish day schools and Jewish leadership.
At the core of YU Lead's curriculum is an emphasis on developing the language and lens of leadership, and understanding how to successfully lead schools in the 21st Century. YU Lead challenges assumptions about school leadership by encouraging participants to think differently about what is possible for the future of Jewish education. With personalized attention woven into the foundation of the program, YU Lead-ers benefit from small peer cohorts, monthly meetings with mentors and interaction with the field’s top education innovators. Explore topics such as: 21st Century Learning, Budgeting and Finance, Nurturing Positive Faculty Culture, Blended Learning, Parent Partnerships and many more.
YU Lead prepares its participants to make an impact on the future of Jewish education.
