To ensure that your new hire does not lose access to computer accounts, if you have not already done so, please ensure that a MoveIT Request has been submitted through the Services Catalog (Search for MoveIT and Complete and Submit Request). If Contingent Worker is currently in Fieldglass, please be sure to end the contract in Fieldglass effective one day prior to start date. Also, please make sure you approve the CWs last time card.
If your New Hire loses access to computer accounts after being hired as an employee, please ensure that a Re-enable Core Accounts Request is submitted asap through the Services Catalog (Search for Re-enable Core Accounts and Complete and Submit Request). Contact IT Help Desk if you need assistance submitting the request. Note: re-enabling accounts can take up to 24 hrs.
