AMWA Administrative Assistant
Seeking an individual who is available for 30-40 hours/week for at least 1 year (preferrably 2 years) remotely. Needs to be responsive, self-starter, and able to juggle many projects and responsibilities at one time. Daily duties include responding to Executive Director requests and schedule, organization emails, responding to member log-in and payment issues, and committee chair queries, assisting with corporate partner relations and virtual meetings, supporting membership director with member database, setting up events in member platform and linking to website, and managing interns, as a start. Familiarity with Jotform, Excel, Zoom, Vimeo, Learning Management System, and YouTube, preferred. Compensation $18-20/hr based on prior experience and relevant qualifications.
