If there are any "additional work" that is required aside from what you have reported, or you have any follow ups to this call, you MUST call the service line at 716.507.8535 (option 1) and leave another repair request. You may also login to your webportal (hbme.managebuilding.com) to report your repair issue online. NO calls will be accepted direct to employees or landlord for maintenance or repairs
