Room Change Requests are subject to review by University Housing Personnel. You may not begin moving your belongings until you receive notification that your request was granted. Residents who decide to move their belongings before receiving notification are subject to a $50 per day improper Room Change fee.

Room Change Requests are binding upon submittal. This means residents are required to move within the designated time period if their request is granted regardless if they change their mind later. Residents who are not able to move within the designated time period are subject to a daily fee for occupying more than one space at a time.

All Residents changing rooms are subject to a $25 Administrative Fee.

Residents moving to a room type with a different rate are required to pay the difference or will receive a credit for the difference.
