The Southern Conference Tournament has a centralized housing process for all tournament related hotel reservations (teams, alumni organizations, cheer, band, media, officials corporate sponsors and fans). In order to be considered a host hotel please complete the following form and submit online. The official housing agency for SoCon is eRez Resources and rooms are sold online by eRez on SoConTravel.com. All reservations are submitted by rooming list with credit cards. Once your hotel's information is received an eRez representative will be in touch to schedule a site visit and discuss contract details.

Rates quoted must be commissionable at 10%. No reservations will be taken directly by your hotel for this event. We will forward rooming lists for reservations (with payment method). Since SoCon is doing a large volume of business, the group rate must be the lowest available rate for the same dates/room type. No individual reservations, group blocks or online rates may be offered a rate lower than the SoCon group rate with the exception of previously contracted business, or contracted volume accounts. A two night minimum will apply to all reservations.

Larger hotels can host multiple teams. Hotels without meeting space will be considered for other needs (cheer, band, media, fans etc)
