Above-named Client ("Client(s)") and Ashleigh Whitt Photography ("Photographer'") agree as follows:
A. Session Fees & Image Delivery
Client agrees to pay Photographer a $50 retainer at the time of booking to secure the appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward the session. The remaining balance of the session fee is due at the time of the session. This fee covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images (determined by Photographer,) and a digital copy of all edited images with a print release.
Session fees are as follows:
Fresh 48: $200
Maternity, Lifestyle Newborn, Baby, Child, and Family Sessions: $250
Cake Smash and Studio Newborn Sessions: $300
The completed digital images will be reviewed and downloaded by Client via a private gallery at www.ashleighwhittphotography.com. The total number of images depends on Client's session choice. Once the final images from the session are uploaded, Client's gallery will remain open for 60 days. After 60 days, there will be a $25 fee to reopen the gallery. Additionally, professional quality prints, canvases and other products are available for purchase.
B. Location Costs & Fees
If there are any costs/fees associated with the location Client has chosen for the session, Client will be responsible for those fees. Photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment for any location. Any location outside of a 25 miles radius from Avon, Ohio will be subject to an additional travel fee of $50.
C. Rescheduling
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, Client may reschedule the session at least 24 hours prior to the session. Should Client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the session, the $50 retainer fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond her control.
D. Refunds
Refunds or reshoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up or hair, weather-related issues, or for not following the recommendations of Photographer. Refunds or reshoots will not be given for lack of cooperation by Client or Client’s child, as determined by Photographer.
E. Archive
After 6 months, all images will be purged from Photographer’s hard drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by Photographer at Photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond Photographer’s control.
F. Damage
Photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits after delivery to Client, including damage caused during transit by US mail. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt.
