1) Packages include a maximum of 35 guests. At the time of the party, the number of guests will be assessed. If the number of guests exceeds 35 total people there will be an additioal fee of $6/ per guest (regadless of membership status) charged to you. Payment for extra guests is due on the day of your party, before you leave.
2) Absolutely no balloons of any kind are allowed at the Museum, nor any glitter or confetti.
3) Parties must be scheduled 14 business prior to the party date. Guests must be prepared with payment to reserve space.
4) The Museum offers a unique outdoor setting. Please understand that if you reserve an outdoor space, there is no indoor back-up in the event of inclement weather. If you wish to reserve a back-up space, an additional facility rental fee will be added.
5) A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for parties canceled 3 or more business days prior to the party date, witht the remaining party fee refunded. There will however be no refunds given for cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the party date. There is a $50 processing fee to reschedule a party.
