  • While everyone has unique photo ideas, here are some common images that are captured during the bride"s pre-ceremony session. Please check those you would like to discuss with your photographer.

  • We recommend arrival no less than 1 hour prior to the start of the ceremony to the ceremony location so that the bride may be hidden from guests, video team can place a microphone on the groom, and church officials can coordinate.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Please speak to your wedding officiant in advance to request they wear a digital recording device so your videographer can capture the message clearly.  Your videographer will place this discreet recorder prior to the ceremony and remove immediately following.

  • Your photographer and videographer will discuss images for your wedding with you. To help you prepare for this conversation, we have some common images. Check those you want to discuss those with your photographer and videographer.
  • You may want to remind your bridal party and parents to smile during the processional and recessional.

  • Formal Family Images

  • Each family has unique needs for the formal family images. Your photographer will discuss these images in detail with you. Please list the names of family members that will be photographed.

  • The Romantics

    Please confirm permit or availability with your preferred location. Many properties will only allow photography with advance permission if your ceremony and/or reception are hosted on the property.
  • The Romantics is what we call the time that we will spend capturing fun images with the bridal party and images with just the bride and groom. The Romantics is a great time to show your personalities and your photographer"s/videographer"s in your wedding photos.
  • For clients with two photographers and/or videographers:  You may choose to have both photographers/videographers with you during the Romantics or have one capture your cocktail hour and reception details.
