Changes may be made up until 30 days before your event if your event was booked over 30 days before your event. No changes may be made on bookings made 30 days or less before the event. A non-refundable deposit (equaling to half of total due) will be required at the time of signing and remaining balance due 3 weeks before the event.(This may vary depending on what type of event you are booking) If your event is booked the week of your event the total amount is due at signing and no changes may be made after signing plus a rush fee starting at $50. If your event is postponed due to weather or emergency your deposit will be held and applied to an available date of your choice, within a calendar year from original event date.
*If your services require a power source, it is your responsibility to ensure there is an active working power source at your event. Generators are available for rent separately. No refunds will be given if a power source is unavailable at your event site.
*Concessions are for a minumum for 2hrs. Anything beyond the agreed contracted time, a $25 cash fee must be paid directly to the attendant(s) per hour after the 2 hour contracted time has been met.
*No one is not entitled to keep any materials, items, decorations, etc. unless otherwise agree in contract; however option to purchase may be available after completion of event.
*You agree to acknowledge Partyology including Partyology’s logo, banner, signs or staff therein.
*Any derogatory, vulgar, explicit, behavior/ remarks towards Partyology staff will not be tolorated and will result in immediate cancellation of your event. No Refunds will be provided.
