    If Contingent Worker is currently in Fieldglass, please be sure to end the contract in Fieldglass effective one day prior to start date.  Also, please make sure you approve the CWs last time card.

    If your New Hire loses access to computer accounts after being hired as an employee, please ensure that a Re-enable Core Accounts Request is submitted asap through the Services Catalog (Search for Re-enable Core Accounts and Complete and Submit Request).  Contact IT Help Desk if you need assistance submitting the request. Note: re-enabling accounts can take up to 24 hrs.

  • Once you’ve completed Workday and Services Catalog information above, please follow these steps: 1. Send meeting invite to Melissa Horn so she can process your new hire’s I9 information. 2. Submit new hire information to Passage Point Visitor Registration so Security knows to expect them 3. Contact Jack Hack, Luis Meijia, and Brian Dayett to confirm they are coordinating seating (see link to form below), computer and phone. 4. Check the Rockville HR website for information on Cross-training, Leavers, Internal Transfer checklists, etc. (They have been removed from this site, as they are redundant)

    In order to better account for Leavers, we have developed a simple process to ensure that we can more accurately retrieve their issued GSK property and terminate them in our access control system.  When you learn of an employee termination date, we ask that you send Scott Houston and me a meeting invite for the conclusion of their last day.  We will meet the affected person and ensure all of their property gets to the proper location.  Undoubtedly, in some cases personnel may be leaving on short notice or at an unusual time. If that is the case, please complete the attached form which can be found on the Rockville GMS HR site page.  You may then elect to turn over their returned items and the form to us on the following day or to the “on duty” security officer.
