    *Please let your Roundtables Committee contact know when you have submitted this online form. Once you submit this form, within one week you will receive a link to the registration form that has been created for your Roundtable. If you have any changes or corrections to the form, please notify the Roundtables Committee within three business days. If you approve the form, or if we do not hear from you within three business days, the Roundtable will be posted online and registration will begin.

  • Note: We strongly reccomend that your program be booked at least 45 days in advance.  This will give you ample time to promote your Roundtable and solidify your program.
    Any day is available, except we ask that you avoid major holidays, the week of the Section Annual Conference, and the week of the ABA Annual Meeting .
  • Note : We recommend a sixty-minute block of time, but it can be longer or shorter. We strongly encourage you to schedule your event between noon and 3 p.m. EST, so that people from all time zones can easily attend. Finally, you will actually have access to the line 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your official call time as a buffer
  • The Section will allow you to record your Roundtable and post it online for your members if you believe it will be valuable and your speakers have no objection. We will give you instructions for recording the Roundtable.
