Access Hours and Fees:

Friday: You may have access to Sticks on Friday to setup for your Saturday event if there is not a Friday event booked. Setup times are not set in stone and are case by case based on the rental companies scedule. Access for setup is typically from 5 to 8pm is $50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Access past 8pm is $75 per hour and there is no access past 10pm on Friday. Holiday access is $100 per hour.
Saturday: Access on Saturday may start as early as 8am and is a $50 per hour charge with a minimum of 2 hours. (Remember personal items (i.e. wine, beer, guestbook, and other rented items like centerpieces must be removed from the rented tables even if Sunday access is arranged). Note: If placing linens or centerpieces, access to set these items up should be arranged after the rental company is finished setting tables and chairs. Sticks does not set the scedule of the rental company and they will need to provide the time when they will be finished setting your retnal items. Then you may set personal items after that.
Sunday: Access for pickup of items on Sunday by you or one of your vendors is from Noon until 2pm and is $100 ($50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours). Please note that no personal itmes (including centerpieces, candles, linens that you personally provide) can be left on the tables but rather all items must be staged in the Back Dock for Sunday pickup. Note: All invoices for access must be paid prior to the access date and are subject to staff availability. Access requests must be made 2 months prior to your event date. Holiday access must be pre-approved and holiday hourly pay is $100 per hour.
