We provide professional photo ready HD bridal makeup - but if there is a special request for bridemaids or bridal party- to Add more- extra contour/highlighting or a strong makeup request- we require more time- add-$25.00+ additional fee and we must adjust timeline.
SPECIAL HAIRSTYLING REQUIREMENTS
Remember to where a button down shirt so you don't mess up your style while getting dressed.
If getting formal hair /up-do, half-up style, or curls, your hair must 100% dry.
The stylist will need a work area with a low chair (no back) near an outlet in a no walk-through traffic area. No children can be allowed in area.
Good light and a mirror is a plus! Carmen Cabrera will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location. All hair services prices are subject to change due to difficulty, length or thickness of hair, extensive curling iron work. The prices listed in your package are starting from prices. Please remember that formal hairstyles work best if hair is 100% dry and clean. If hair is slightly damp it will effect the hairstyle and a blow dry fee of $55.00 will be added to final balance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Carmen Cabrera reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void and all monies given are non-refundable.This booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artists arrive for the appointment. You can not change remove any services to this contract , you can add services if requested before 15 days of wedding, timeline may change and assistant maybe added to balance. Bride is responsible for full payment of all services. If client cancels within 15 days of date the Client is responsible for full balance and must be paid via invoice.
BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 25% retainer due at the time of signing. The retainer is non-refundable.
Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup and hairstyling times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools and makeup/hair products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Carmen Cabrera from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
PAYMENT: The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event as one payment – no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. If gratuity is preferred to be paid in cash on wedding day we suggest to place in one white envelope and hand directly to Carmen Cabrera upon completion of services.
By signing below all parties agree to terms listed above. Any changes to the agreement must be agreed upon by both parties prior to taking effect.
