Buyer accepts that, due to the oddities of hand indexing deeds, the Buyer may be provided with a deed that is not actually the person or entity purhased. Buyers sole recourse is to inform Seller of error and to get a credit for the incorrect deed in the form of one additional deed.
Buyer accepts that, due to the oddities of hand indexing deeds, Seller may fail to index a deed assigned to person/entity requested. Buyer accepts that that is an acceptible risk to not get all deeds related to person/entity. Buyer accepts that Buyer has no recourse for missed deeds.
Buyer accepts that it has purchased the specified number of deeds and that unused deeds are not refundable.
