              • TERMS:

                1. Buyer accepts that, due to the oddities of hand indexing deeds, the Buyer may be provided with a deed that is not actually the person or entity purhased. Buyers sole recourse is to inform Seller of error and to get a credit for the incorrect deed in the form of one additional deed.
                2. Buyer accepts that, due to the oddities of hand indexing deeds, Seller may fail to index a deed assigned to person/entity requested.  Buyer accepts that that is an acceptible risk to not get all deeds related to person/entity. Buyer accepts that Buyer has no recourse for missed deeds.
                3. Buyer accepts that it has purchased the specified number of deeds and that unused deeds are not refundable.
              • NOTE:  We only use the phone number to contact you if you do not respond to an email.

              • NOTE: Only one legal entity for  a title insurer or lender.

              • NOTE:  A list of up to 20 attorneys in the firm to be provided by client law firm prior to first reports.  No former attorneys.  Those can be done on an individual attorney basis.
