You will be asked to provide student information, parent information, and choose ONLY ONE SESSION to register for at this time.
***IF YOU ARE TEACHING A CLASS, YOU MAY REGISTER YOUR STUDENTS FOR THEIR CHOICE OF SESSION AS WELL AS YOUR OWN SESSION/S
After the first round of registration is complete, we will open registration again on 7pm on Wednesday, February 1 for students to sign up for additional sessions.
Thanks to the generosity of our volunteers and your Seven Bridges Program Fees, we are able to offer these classes for little or no fee. IF YOUR CLASS INDICATES THAT THERE IS A $5 COST FOR SUPPLIES, PLEASE FILL IN THE AMOUNT IN THE BOX AT THE END OF THIS FORM AND CLICK THROUGH TO PAY ONLINE WHICH WILL COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION.
