If you'd like to request equipment through the SourceDirect program, please fill out the required information below. An Equipment Purchase Order will then be sent to you for review and signature through DocuSign. Please be in touch with your CED representative prior to ordering equipment through Spruce to confirm availability.

Having trouble finding the Frid number? The Frid # can be found in the CPF Tools URL of the “Document Processing” tab. It is the 5 or 6 digit number that comes after “Viewstep ID”.
