I understand that The Conservatory does not allow food 'drop offs' of any type, but rather we require full catering service with servers throughout the event to pickup dirty dishes after each course and to take out trash during and after food service.

I understand that catering checklist should be completed at the end of the night.
I understand that the trash should be wheeled out to the dumpster and the bags should not be dragged through the building.
I understand that all food related cleanup should be taken care of by the caterer. This includes servers staying until the end of dinner to clean up dirty plates. The Conservatory does not have banquet servers on site to help with this.
I understand that there should be no washing of any catering items at The Conservatory. These items should be removed and washed somewhere else.
