Healthy Living with Diabetes workshops meet for 2 hours once a week for six weeks. This workshop is very interactive, where participants give support to each other and build confidence to manage their diabetes and maintain active and fulfilling lives. It is facilitated by two trained leaders in a small group setting, and most of the learning comes from the idea that we are each an expert in how we manage our diabetes and have a lot to share.
