    To change your bank account information with Aldelo Pay, you must contact Aldelo Client Services at 921-621-7836.

    Aldelo will collect your information and guide you through the process, to complete your request.

    CARD CONNECT MERCHANTS

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Download the ACH Change Request form from the following card (After you click "NEXT")
    2. Fill out the form, sign & date. (The form is editable pdf, which can be filled out digitally. However, you must print and wet-sign the form. Digital signatures are not accepted!)
    3. Gather the required supporting documents:
      1. A Driver’s License or an equivalent government issued form of identification.
      2. A voided check from the new bank account with DBA/Legal name & address printed on check OR an official bank letter that includes: bank letterhead with bank rep signature and contact information, the date, merchants DBA
        and new ABA/DDA numbers.
    4. Once you have the required documentation ready, you can either:
      1. Fax the completed form with supporting documentation to 484.581.2201
      2. Scan & upload your documents here and we will create the request for you. You will have the option to upload your documents here if you choose "UPLOAD" as an option in the next card.

    NOTE: Bank account changes usually are updated with 1-2 business days.
