*Note: If more product is ordered than available in trim meat, you may lose steak and/or roast cuts.
Note: It is dependent on the quality, shape of the animal. (avg. deer = 30 lbs burger 15 lbs steak)

NOTE: SCARROW MEATS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MEAT LOSS DUE TO BULLET HOLES, BLOOD TRAUMA, FLY BLOW, DIRT, GRAVEL, FECIES, STICKS, MOLD, SPOIL, OR ANY MISTREATMENT OF ANIMAL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT OUR FACILITY. OUR CUTTERS TRY TO PROVIDE THE CLEANEST BEST CUTS OF MEAT POSSIBLE FOR YOUR DINNER TABLE. THERE WILL BE SHRINK DUE TO BULLET TRAUMA AND THE OUTSIDE CRUST THAT FORMS ON EVERY ANIMAL. IF THERE IS A NEED TO TRIM UP ANY OF THE ABOVE LISTED PROBLEMS THEN OUR CUTTERS ARE INFORMED TO CLEAN UP THE MEAT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION TO THE HUNTER. AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ANY ANIMAL THAT REQUIRES AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF CLEANING
