WISC Board Members and Event Chairs help WISC with organizational administration and event planning and programming. If you would like to become a WISC board member or event chair, please fill out this application.
In order to be accepted as a WISC board member or chair, you must first review the responsibilities and duties of your position. If you have any questions about these, please do not hesitate to reach out to the WISC co-presidents.
WISC accepts new board members and event chairs based on the following criteria:
Commitment and dedication to WISC and its mission
A clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities for their position
Additional relevant experience is a bonus, but not necessary
Accepted board members and event chairs will receive a welcome package with further instructions about how to carry out their responsibilities.
